Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the run of a stylus stable, by separating the rotating number component of a disc out of the output of a stylus position detector and applying the output to a stylus kicker. CONSTITUTION:The rotating number component of a disc only is separated at a band amplifier 31 from an output of stylus position detectors 8, 9, and it is superimposed on a stylus kicker 16, allowing to make tracking correction at the same time. That is, if no tracking correction is made, the stylus makes oscillating movement due to the tracking direction of disc grooves and the tracking characteristics can be deteriorated. Thus, the stylus oscillating movement is converted into the arm tracking direction oscillating movement including the stylus by making the tracking correction at the same time to suppress the fluctuation in azimuth.
