To provide a video information display apparatus capable of easily searching a photographed video image and photographing information when the video image is photographed while being moved or changing a photographing direction.
The video information display apparatus is provided with: a recording medium (electronic file 3) for storing photographed video images; a database 5 for storing photographing information and the video images associated with each other; a video image searching means 2 for searching the video database by using at least one of the photographing information items of a photographing position, a photographing date and a photographing direction of a video image as a searching key, extracting video image particularizing information matched with the searched photographing information and extracting the video image from the recording medium on the basis of the extracted video image particularizing information; and a video reproducing means 1 for reproducing the video image extracted by the video image searching means.
