Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a video interphone system for multiple dwelling house in which a video signal is sent without use of a coaxial cable, the number of wires is reduced and wiring installation is facilitated by non-polarity design.
CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with a lobby interphone 1 installed at a common entrance and provided with a video camera, a housing interphone installed to each house with a monitor television unit 6 added thereto, and a video control panel 3 receiving a video signal from the video camera of the lobby interphone 1 and supplying a television drive power supply to the monitor television unit 6 of the housing interphone 4 installed to each house. The video control panel 3 supplies a video image power supply superimposing signal obtained by superimposing a television drive power supply onto the video signal sent from the video camera of the lobby 1 to the monitor television unit 6 through video lines 9a in pairs.
