Before switching operations by a switch 210, a control section 30 cyclicly writes a switching source signal outputted from a switching unit 200 to each FIFO 40 in a preset order by each frame, and reads and outputs the switching source signal from each FIFO 40 cyclicly in the written order. When the switching operation is carried out, the control section 30 repetitively reads and outputs the switching source signal from the FIFO 40 wherein the switching source by one frame is written, and a timing controller 20 transmits a switching signal to the switching unit 200 in a timing when a VSYNC signal is generated after a lapse of a prescribed time. As a result, the switching unit 200 outputs a video signal B being a switching destination signal.
