To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition which is excellent in heat stability and heat-aging resistance, particularly discoloration at the time of processing and using the same, without using a heavy metal-type stabilizer.

The vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride-based resin containing (a) 0.001-10 pts.mass of at least one kind of hydrotalcite treated with perchloric acid, (b) 0.001-10 pts.mass of at least one kind of organic phosphites, and (c) 0.001-10 pts.mass of at least one kind selected from aminocrotonate compounds.
