PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition containing a specific vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, a filler, a pigment, etc., at specific ratios, having high gelling rate and good storage stability and coating ability and usable as a sealing material to the joint part of steel plates of vehicle, tool, electrical appliance, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of (A) 15-25wt.% of a vinyl chloride resin containing >=70wt.% of a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 3-8wt.%, (B) 20-30wt.% of a plasticizer containing >=70wt.% of a polyester plasticizer and (C) fillers, pigments, additives, etc., accounting for the remaining parts.
