PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition which has high flexibility, good workability, excellent storage stability, and excellent resistance to discoloration, and is useful for a body sealer, by using a specified compound as yellowing inhibitor.

CONSTITUTION: The title composition comprises a vinyl chloride resin, a filler, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a tackifier, and a yellowing inhibitor, wherein the yellowing inhibitor is either a salt that generate a free acid by heating (e.g., barium sulfonate or aluminum nitrate) or an acid blocked with an amine, i.e., an amine salt of an acid such as dinonylnaphthalenedisulfonic acid or dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid. This composition has excellent resistance to discoloration; therefore, it is used for an automobile body sealer to make it possible to prevent the yellowing of a coating and to maintain a beautiful appearance of a coating. It has high flexibility; therefore, it can penetrate into a narrow space, and the coating and filling operation can be efficiently performed. It also has good storage stability.
