Abstract:
To provide a virtual object display technique which fills up deficiencies of a world coordinate system and a local coordinate system and improves user convenience.SOLUTION: A virtual object display apparatus according to the present invention has a display and a display control device for controlling display of the display. The display control apparatus includes: a coordinate system calculating unit for detecting movement and rotation in a real world of a virtual object display apparatus to define a location position in an inertial coordinate system by using an inertial coordinate system in which a coordinate origin follows movement of the virtual object apparatus and an effective visual field range of the display is rotated in the coordinate system in response to rotation of the virtual object display apparatus; and a display control unit for displaying the inertial coordinate system virtual object in the effective visual field range if the inertial coordinate system virtual object is included in the effective visual field range of the display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
