Title:
VIRUS VACCINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3334077
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new nucleotide sequence comprising a Marck's disease virus(MDV) gene or the like which is homologous with gB gene of Herpesvirus(HSV), manifesting immunity to Marck's disease of chicken, useful for vaccine or the like.
SOLUTION: The new nucleotide sequence, this sequence excludes the sequence abutting with the sequence in a wild-type strain virus bonding with this sequence, this sequence consists of MDV gene homologous to gB gene of HSV, or the 816 to 863 region, 1377 to 1595 region, 1377 to 1630 region, 1824 to 1958 region, MDV gene homologous to the gH gene of HDV, TK gene of MDV, MDV gene homologous to the immediate type early gene IE-175 of the HSV-I, MDV gene homologous to the IE-68 which is the immediate type early gene of HSV-I, 483 to 633 region, 843 to 933 region, 1203 to 1278 region or their minor mutation or the like of the MDV gene which is the homologous to the gC of the HSV, useful for vaccine or the like effective against to Marck's disease of chicken.
