Abstract:
To provide a visual acuity measurement method measuring visual acuity without requiring a large space.
The visual acuity measurement method includes a displaying step for displaying visual targets 3, 4 for visual acuity measurement on a monitor 10, a visually recognizing step for visually recognizing the visual targets 3, 4 displayed on the monitor 10 in the displaying step by using an optical system 20 which has the magnification less than one and is provided for the monitor 10 independently and separately, and a determining step for determining the visual acuity based on the result of the visual recognition in the visually recognizing step.
