The vocal device according to the present invention is capable of acquiring a plurality of kinds of speech selection addresses with values set to respective bits of a first (n)-bit address and a second (m)-bit address, so various speeches corresponding to various speech select addresses are pronounced. Namely, a user is able to hear and enjoy various speeches pronounced by combining the first device and second device in many ways. The first address and second addresses made to correspond to the first device and second device are not information that user can confirm at a glance, so when the first device and second devices are possessed by different users, the users can enjoy what speech is pronounced by combining the devices with each other.
