Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothly manage a multispot television conference by surely specifying a speaker in response to only the vocalization of a conference attendant without responding to a noise other than the vocalized speech.
CONSTITUTION: An audio signal gathered by a microphone 22 at a speech input part 22 is sampled and inputted, and an arithmetic operation part 24 calculates an autocorrelation coefficient from data stored in a data storage part 22 in advance for each specific section. In this case, it is decided of which a voiced, a voiceless, and a noise section a calculated section is and the decision result is outputted as a signal for screen switching control through a data storage part 25 and a data output part 26.
