The voice reproducing device is equipped with; a buffer 13 which accumulates voice data temporarily; a switch 14 which is opened and closed to control voice data to be outputted from the buffer 13 to a reproducing means; a threshold judging means 18 which monitors the buffer accumulation amount of the buffer 13, and judges that the buffer accumulation amount is equal to or lower than a threshold or not; a timer 19 which outputs a trigger pulse; and a control means 191 which controls the opening/closing of the switch 14 in the prescribed cycle of the timer 19 when the threshold judging means 18 makes affirmative judgment.
