Abstract:
To provide a sound volume control system, a sound volume control method, and a sound volume control program, capable of preventing occurrence of howling.SOLUTION: A volume control system includes an operation terminal that on the basis of a position and a direction of a mobile body, a directional microphone's sound collection angle and/or a directional speaker's output angle of the mobile body, and a position of the operation terminal, determines whether or not the directional microphone and/or the directional speaker of the mobile body face the operation terminal. When the directional microphone and/or the directional speaker of the mobile body face the operation terminal, the operation terminal sets a predetermined threshold as a distance threshold and determines whether or not a distance between the mobile body and the operation terminal is equal to or shorter than the predetermined threshold. When the distance is equal to or shorter than the predetermined threshold, the operation terminal lowers a sound volume of a microphone and/or a sound volume of a speaker of at least either of the mobile body and the operation terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
