PURPOSE: To pelletize a waste plastic at a higher efficiency and a lower cost.

CONSTITUTION: A title machine comprises a crosswise long casing 13 provided with a waste plastic supply port 11 at the rear end thereof and an extruding port 12 at the front end thereof, a crosswise long rotating shaft 14 disposed in the casing 13, a motor 15 for rotating the rotating shaft 14, and a heating means for heating a waste plastic supplied into the casing 13. The waste plastic supplied from the supply port 11 of the casing 13 is melted to be extruded out of the extruding port 12 as a rod-form solid material X. A spiral blade 21 is provided on the front half part of the rotating shaft 14. A plurality of waste plastic stirring members 22A, 22B, 22C projected in a radial direction are provided at intervals on the rear half part of the rotating shaft 14 so as to feed the waste plastic frontward.
