Abstract:
To provide a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft capable of conducting a rescue operation for the affected in an afflicted area where a rescuer hardly approaches.
In a VTOL aircraft 1, a double-inverted rotor 4 is provided at the upper main body part 2A of a main body part 2, and an engine 9, a fuel tank 10, and a control device 11 etc., are provided at the lower main body part 2B. At the lower end part of the lower main body part 2B, manipulaters 7 and 7 are provided. The manipulaters 7 and 7 function as arm parts when conducting a rescue operation and also function as leg parts when landing.
