Abstract:
To provide a vulcanizing bladder capable of suppressing vulcanization trouble and capable of reducing the amount of an organic solvent to be used.
In the vulcanizing bladder 1 opposed to a mold so as to hold a green tire being a vulcanization target and expanded to press the green tire to the mold, a plurality of projections 51 and 52 increasing in projection quantity with respect to the surface 5 of the bladder 1 in the axial direction of the bladder 1 are formed to the bladder surface 5 coming into contact with the inner wall surface 11 of the green tire 10 so that the edges 51c and 52c formed between the inclined surfaces 51a and 51b and outer peripheral surfaces 51b and 52b of them are projected in the axial direction of the bladder 1.
