Title:
WALKING TYPE WORKING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3839371
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the turning operation of a walking type working machine, and to simplify the configuration of a clutch.
SOLUTION: A walking type working machine 10 is a machine for plant husbandry in which right and left transmission shafts 30 and 31 are arranged in a line by butting one ends thereof to each other, and the power of a power source is transmitted to the right and left transmission shafts via a clutch 50. The clutch comprises a driving cylindrical member 43a on the drive side which is rotatably fitted to one ends 30a and 31a of the right and left transmission shafts, a ball holding groove part 51 formed in an inner circumferential surface 43b of the driving cylindrical member, an engagement groove part 61 formed in outer circumferential surfaces 30b and 31b of the right and left transmission shafts, and a ball 71 interposed between the ball holding groove part and the engagement groove part. The engagement groove part is a substantially V-shaped groove forming a pointed tip in the advancing rotational direction Rf of the right and left transmission shafts, and the ball is brought into contact with a wall surface and a bottom surface of the V-shaped groove by aligning the tip position 62 of the V-shaped groove to butted surfaces 30c and 31c of the right and left transmission shafts.
