Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a washing brush into the pipes of a heat exchanger surely by a method wherein the washing brush is stopped by a second stopper while a first stopper is released to guide another washing brush, positioned below the washing brush stopped by the second stopper, into a second guide passage.
SOLUTION: A first opening-and-closing member 7 is closed and a second opening-and-closing member 11 is opened to retain the stopping function of a first stopper 8 and release the stopping function of a second stopper 9 whereby a washing brush is retained by the rod 9a of the second stopper 9. Next, the first opening-and-closing member 7 is opened and the second opening-and-closing member 11 is closed to release the stopping function of the first stopper 8 and drop the washing brush naturally to guide the same into a second guide passage 12 while the stopping function of the second stopper 9 is retained to retain another washing brush, positioned above the dropped washing brush. Subsequently, the first opening-and-closing member 7 is closed and the second opening-and- closing member 11 is opened to launch the washing brush in a second guide passage 12a from an air introducing passage 10 by air.
