To provide a washing liquid spraying apparatus capable of excellently foaming a washing liquid and excellent in the handleability.

The washing liquid spraying apparatus comprises a container 1 for storing a foaming washing liquid, a suction pipe 2 for sucking the washing liquid in the container 1 at negative pressure of compressed air, and a nozzle 3 for jetting the washing liquid sucked by the suction pipe together with the compressed air through a jetting port 17. The nozzle 3 is made to have a large-diameter part 18a with a larger inner diameter than that of the suction pipe from the suction pipe side to the jetting port side and a taper part 18b in which the distance from a straight line 19 between the cross-sectional center of the suction pipe and the cross-sectional center of the jetting port to the inner wall face is made gradually smaller toward the jetting port side and a porous foaming promoting member 20 is disposed in the taper part.
