Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily reutilize the water used in washing without contaminating the same by the dissolution of water-soluble ink by drying the water-soluble ink bonded to a metal or plastic before bringing the same into contact with water.
CONSTITUTION: The water-soluble ink bonded to a metal or plastic is dried to be temporarily made insoluble in water. As a drying method, any method sufficiently drying the water-soluble ink may be employed but a method drying the water-soluble ink within a short time by heating is especially pref. because the water-soluble ink can be easily released in a foil piece shape from the metal or plastic. After the water-soluble ink is dried, the ink is brought into contact with water. The water-soluble ink is not immediately dissolved in water upon the contact with water and released from the surface of the metal or plastic in a foil piece state. Therefore, the water used in the washing of the metal or plastic can be reutilized if the foil pieces of the water-soluble ink mixed with water are separated by filtering.
