In the accumulating place C, empty collecting vessels 1 carried in by a carrying vehicle 3 are unloaded from the carrying vehicle 3, the stored collecting vessels 1 are loaded on the carrying vehicle 3, and are carried to the intermediate disposing plant by the carrying vehicle 3, the various wastes are stocked in the intermediate disposing plant in accordance with the items, and when the various wastes become a fixed quantity, the wastes becoming the fixed quantity are carried out to a recycling plant and the final disposing plant with every item.
