Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily take out a waste ink absorbing member installed in a waste ink tank.
CONSTITUTION: A waste ink absorbing material installed in a waste ink tank 12 which is formed integrally with a housing 10 of a printer, is divided four members. Each absorbing member 13a-13d has a hole 15 to which a waste ink tube connected to an ink pump is inserted and the hole 15 is also used for inserting a tool 20 in the case of taking out the absorbing member.
