Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watching support system that enables the facility side to give quick and appropriate instructions and even users unskilled in the manipulation of IT equipment can also benefit.SOLUTION: An administrative-purpose server 10, a user side terminal device 20, and a facility side terminal device 30 are connected by a network, and measured values of living body data acquired by the user side terminal device 20, which is a liquid crystal television receiver with a built-in computer, are transmitted to the facility side terminal device 30 via the administrative-purpose server 10. The administrative-purpose server 10 transmits alarm data to the facility side terminal device 30 when any abnormal measured value is found. When the abnormal measured value is transmitted, a video phone call can be made from the facility side terminal device 30 to the user side terminal device 20, and a video phone call screen 240 is displayed on the television receiver on the user side terminal device 20 when called from the facility side terminal device 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
