PURPOSE: To enable automatic washing of a water closet by providing an automatic drive means of a washing water feed valve and operating the automatic drive means for a specified period of time in association with a switch which is actuated by the action of a user who has used the water closet.

CONSTITUTION: When a wash switch 21a or a dry switch 21b is turned ON by the switching action of a user, or when a seat switch 22 is changed from ON to OFF by the action of a user who leaves a seat 10, an automatic drive means 32 of a washing water lever 31 is turned ON through a controller 20. When the means 32 is turned ON, the washing water lever 31 is rotated to open a washing water valve provided in a water passage from a cistern 30 to a water closet 1 for a specified period of time. For deliverying ON-command of the means 32 by means of the controller 20, ON-command is delivered only once when a signal from any one of the switches 21a, 21b, 22 is received.
