PURPOSE: To detect the trouble of a water feeding valve in each use and to prevent water from being leaked in advance without fail by providing time delay in one water feeding valve, at least when the plural water feeding valves, which are provided in a water route to supply water to a tank, are opened and closed.

CONSTITUTION: In a water feeding device, at first, a feeding valve A22 is opened and a water feeding valve B23 is held for a constant time with being closed (holding 1). At such a time, when a foreign object is bited into the valve B23 and the valve B23 is not completely closed, the water flows into a tank 11 and a water level in the tank 11 goes up. Then, since electrostatic capacity between an electrode 13 and a pipe 16 is changed, a water leaking signal is outputted and the valve A22 is closed. Such a condition is an abnormal mode and sequence control is stopped. When the water level is not detected during the holding 1, next, the valve B23 is opened and water feeding into the tank 11 is started. When the valve B23 is held for the constant time with being opened (holding 2) and the water level is changed, it is decided that the valve A22 is troubled. Then, the valve B23 is closed by the water leaking signal, the water is prevented from being leaked and the water feeding is stopped.
