Abstract:
PURPOSE:To change the output of a pump according to the water depth where the pump is located, to reduce the power consumption, and to extend discharge time by arranging a plurality of pressure switches of different actuation pressures and resistance between a water introduction pump and a power source of a battery. CONSTITUTION:At a shallow location where no forced supply of sea water or the like is required, pressure switches 6-6'' and a pump 5 do not work and the sea water or the like freely enters a battery 1 through a 3-way cock 3. When the battery 1 is moved and the depth of the pump changes, the pressure switches 6-6'' of different actuation pressures respond according to the depths and the sea water or the like is supplied through the cock 3 to the inside of the battery 1. The supply rate is controlled to a required minimum rate with resistances 7-7'' so that the pump output is changed according to the water depth to supply required sea water or the like to the battery. Thus discharge at the location of a deep water depth is made possible, the power consumption of the pump is reduced, and the discharge time of the battery is extended.
