PURPOSE: To prevent completely a water-leakage by hating parts of water- leakages in a wall, floor, etc., of concrete or mortar, and infiltrating a cement- base water-soluble adhesive to bake.

CONSTITUTION: Parts of water-leakages in a structure of a wall, floor, etc., of concrete or mortar are heated with a burner, etc., and a cement-base water- soluble adhesive is infiltrated in heated parts of them to burn. A firm waterproofing is so formed that it is not stripped. According to the constitution, the water- leakage can be completely prevented.
