Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment apparatus which can use drainage as raw water for ultrapure water production equipment without adding many kinds of chemicals.
SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with the first water tank 41 into which acid drainage is introduced, the second water tank 42 which separates the drainage from the first water tank 41 into solid and liquid and discharges supernatant, an ion exchange treatment tank 49 into which the supernatant is introduced and which has an ion exchange resin 93 and an aeration means 88 and obtains treated water through a membrane filter 91, a precipitation tank 50 in which the ion exchange resin 93 is precipitated, an air lift pump 95 which introduces the ion exchange resin 93 in the precipitation tank 50 to the first water tank 41, and a return air lift pump 61 which returns the ion exchange resin 93 in the second water tank 42 to the ion exchange treatment tank 49. The ion exchange resin 49 exchanges fluorine ion of the treated water in the ion exchange treatment tank 49 and is regenerated by acid drainage in the first water tank 41.
