Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct easy attachment of a seal member.
SOLUTION: A holding member 30 is provided which is a part separated from a female connector housing 10 and is enabled to be mounted on this female connector housing 10. Attachment of a seal member 20 to the female connector housing 10 is conducted before the holding member 30 is mounted thereon. In this event, both an extention part 22 and a held part 23 are housed in an introduction part 13 without being bent. Thereafter, when the holding member 30 is mounted on the female connector housing 10, two engagement parts 32 engage with the held part 23 so as to sandwich it from both sides and the seal member 20 is thereby held in an off-regulation state. In the event that the seal member 20 is put to attachment, neither the extention part 22 nor the held part 23 are bent elastically and resistance against attachment is accordingly reduced, and therefore attachment can be conducted easily.
