Abstract:
To provide a waterproofed fabric having moisture permeability, waterproofness and durability.SOLUTION: A waterproofed fabric has a porous urethane resin layer containing an urethane resin composition containing a fiber fabric and an urethane resin on a surface of the fiber fabric, in which the urethane resin has at least two or more hydroxyl groups having reactivity with an isocyanate group and is obtained by reaction of a polyol compound having a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group A and a diisocyanate compound having at least two isocyanate groups, the urethane resin has a functional group having an aliphatic hydrocarbon group B having the following (i) to (iii) features in a terminal of its molecular structure: (i) a number of carbons of the aliphatic hydrocarbon group B is larger than a number of carbons of an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having the maximum structure number defined later. Aliphatic hydrocarbon group having the maximum structure number is defined as a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon groups having the largest number of divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon groups when classifying a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group contained in polyol having a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group A for each number of aliphatic carbons, and comparing the number of divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon groups classified for each carbon number; (ii) the number of carbons of the aliphatic hydrocarbon group B is 8 to 22; and (iii) the hydrocarbon group B is 10 mol% or more with respect to the functional group of the terminal of the polyurethane resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
