Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulting and water proof performance by applying a sodium silicate permeable water proof agent and heat insulating ceramic coating material to a concrete roof or the like.
SOLUTION: A silica inorganic permeable water proof agent 13 is applied from a concrete slab 11 to a parapet 12, and a heat insulating ceramic coating agent 14 is applied to the upper surface of the above. The coating agent 14 is formed of a delay agent, titanium oxide, mica additive, ceramic, aqueous acrylic urethane resin and water. The ceramic has three types, two types of which are heat reflecting type, one type being formed by mixing aqueous acrylic urethane resin exhibiting a heat insulating effect in resin. The coating agent 14 is a quick dry aqueous-liquid coating agent formed by two kinds of resin compounds containing elastic acryl and special ceramic. Thus, concrete can be prevented from being expanded and contracted to cause cracks by heat of the sun, and even if cracks are caused, leakage of water can be prevented.
