CONSTITUTION: Plate-shaped current conversion elements 1a being arranged in the rectangular direction to the electric field of currents and converting an incident electric wave into currents, thermal conversion elements 2 being disposed to sections rearer than the current conversion elements 3a so as to be formed in the same planes as the current conversion elements 1a and converting currents from the current conversion elements 1a into heat, and an interrupting element 1b being distributed so as to mutually couple end sections on the sides reverse to the current conversion elements 1a of the thermal conversion elements 2 and interrupting a space in the direction opposite to the direction of propagation of the electric wave from a space in the direction of propagation of the electric wave are provided. Said each element may be shaped as films onto a core material made of plastics, and the current conversion elements 1a and the interrupting element 1b may be formed of metallic films and the thermal conversion elements 2 of the films of a resistive material such as graphite through evaporation, etc.
