The waveguide connector is composed so as to provide a square resin waveguide 1 and a square resin waveguide 2 with a sleeve having at one end a resin-made sleeve internally provided with an engraved part, into which the square resin waveguide is inserted. Metal plating is applied to the whole outer face excluding a connecting face with the square resin waveguide 2 in the square resin waveguide 1. Metal plating is applied to the whole outer face of the waveguide and the sleeve excluding the inside of the engraved part in the square resin waveguide 2. When setting a height from the outside surface of the square resin waveguide 2 to the upper face of the sleeve as L1, a length in a waveguide longitudinal direction of the sleeve as L2, a thickness of the sleeve on the face opposite to the square resin waveguide 1 as L3, a total sum of L1+L2+L3 is an integral multiplication of a half of an in-tube wavelength of a signal used in the square resin waveguide 1.
