To provide beautiful patterns obtained by printing by bonding the printing surface of a transparent protectise sheet having desired printing patterns preliminarily provided thereto and, if necessary, having a concealing solid printing layer provided thereto to the aluminum surface of aluminum liner paper through an adhesive.
This sheet consists of aluminum liner paper 1 and a transparent protective sheet 2 having printing applied to the single surface thereof. The aluminum liner paper 1 is obtained by applying polyethylene sheets to both surfaces of core raw paper 4 so as to function as an adhesive and waterproof treatment and subsequently applying aluminum foil 3 to the single surface thereof. A transparent protective sheet 2 is selected in consideration of an exterior use, printability and rear surface printing. Pringing ink has weatherability and uses an alcohol type solvent. Printing patterns are formed by gravure printing, screen printing or offset printing. In the case of patterns requiring the concealing of the surface of aluminum to be laminated, a color solid layer is provided after appropriate pattern printing. Or, treatment coloring an adhesive is performed.
