A browser cooperation receiving program 321 starts a WEB browser 322 when it is started, and transmits a URL information acquisition request through the Internet 500 to the browser cooperation server 10. The browser cooperation server 10 returns the URL information to a browser cooperation receiving program 321 as an URL information acquisition response. The browser cooperation receiving program 321 extracts the URL from the URL information acquisition response returned from the browser cooperation server 10, and transmits it to the WEB browser 322.
