PURPOSE: To provide a weighing apparatus for rice containing water which can weigh polished rice in a treated state containing water in a necessary amount, a measuring apparatus for the rice containing water using the apparatus, and a rice cooking system using the same.

CONSTITUTION: A weighing apparatus for rice containing water which comprises a container 2, a cut part 3 for fitting a partition plate provided at a lower part of the container and a partition plate 5 that does not allow rice particles to pass but does water to pass and is free to load on the cut part 3 and unload therefrom is mounted on a plurality of struts 9 by a rotatable support arm 10 centered on the strut.
