Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding device and a welding method capable of properly adjusting a laser irradiating direction on a plane surface intersecting a welding direction, when welding in the welding direction while moving a relative position of a laser welding portion and an arc welding portion to a welding object.SOLUTION: A hybrid welding device 100 includes: a laser head 10; an arc torch 20; a moving mechanism 91 which moves a relative position of the laser head 10 and the arc torch 20 to a welding object in a welding direction; a setting portion 92 which sets a set value in a laser irradiating direction of the laser head 10 on a plane surface intersecting the welding direction; and an irradiating direction adjusting mechanism 90 which adjusts the laser irradiating direction, on the basis of the set value set by the setting portion 92.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
