To provide welding equipment capable of fixedly retaining a welding attitude to a three-dimensional workpiece (workpiece having a tree-dimensional curved face), capable of easily selecting welding conditions, and capable of corresponding to various workpieces.
A torch 3 for cladding welding is fixed to a stand 2, and a workpiece W is clamped to a robot arm 4. The welding is performed as the positional attitudes of the torch 3 for cladding welding and the workpiece W are changed. The equipment is provided with a plurality of workpiece mounting fixtures 6 each fitted with the workpiece W. The automatic exchange of the fixture 6 to the robot arm 4 is made possible. The fixture 6 is provided with a heating means 45 capable preheating to the workpiece W before the welding and temperature holding to the workpiece W after the welding.
