Abstract:
To provide a welding process in which welding speed is increased and the consumption of shield gas is reduced.
At the welding, a container 5 in which ceramic 4 or natural stone 4 is enclosed is attached between a gas regulator 2 and a gas outlet. A heat input and a welding speed are increased by passing shield gas through the container 5 and bring the same into contact with the ceramic or natural stone. And, even if a gas flow rate is reduced, the results of welding is much improved.
