Abstract:
PURPOSE: To seal reliably and stably without damaging a material by shortening a sealing time, by a method wherein a surface layer of a welding part of the mouth plug is heated by radiant heat of a heater having a specific temperature within a range not less the softening temperature and not exceeding a temperature by a specific temperature than the melting temperature of a material of a welding part of the mouth plug and the mouth plug is welded to a film or a sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A surface layer of a welding part of a mouth plug 1 is heated by an annular heater 3 having a temperature of 600-800°C by making use of its radiant heat. This preliminary heating temperature range is taken as a temperature which is at least the sofening temperature and not exceeding a temperature higher than the melting point of the material of a welding part of the mouth plug 1 by 13°C. The both sides of the mouth plug 1 are pressurized by a heated mold 4 and a filletlike thin piece 10 is formed on the mouth plug 1. The mouth plug 1 is inserted between films 2 within 3 seconds, the films are pressed against each other by a heat seal mold 5 and heat sealing is performed.
