PURPOSE: To facilitate output adjustment of a welding machine by fitting a photodetector to receive an optical signal of an optical remote control device for output adjustment to a holder of the welding torch and connecting the photodetector to a connector via a cable.
CONSTITUTION: The optical remote control device 2 for output adjustment is operated toward an optical remote control device 3-6 fitted to the holder 3-1 of the welding torch 3. An output adjustment signal transmitted from the optical remote control device 2 for output adjustment is received by the optical remote control device photodetector 3-6, converted into an electrical signal and transmitted electrically to the welding power source side via a cable part 3-4. Consequently, a burden of an operator at the time of mobile welding work is reduced. In addition, an accident of disconnection of the cable is reduced. Further, a torch switch 3-3 and the optical remote control device photodetector 3-6 are connected to the connector 3-5 by the signal cable 3-4.
