Abstract:
To provide a wet suit capable of remaking a suit one-piece type wet suit worn for water sports or various works under water and on water practically and at low cost, and a remaking method for the same.SOLUTION: In the wet suit: an upper structure 1 and a lower structure 2 of a separate type ready-made wet suit are provided; remaking margins 23, 35 are provided in two positions along a body axis 18 on a lower end unit of the upper structure 1 and an upper end unit of the lower structure 2; and a remaking base is provided in a prescribed position along the body axis 18 of the upper structure 1 and the lower structure 2. Respective two positions in the remaking margin 23 of the upper structure 1 and the remaking base of the upper structure 1 are opened downward by cutting, and respective two positions of the remaking margin 35 of the lower structure 2 and the remaking base 31 of the lower structure are opened upward by cutting. Then, respective cutting units of the upper structure 1 and the lower structure 2 are adhered as well as having the width reduced by adhesion or sewing and the lower end unit of the upper structure 1 and the upper end unit of the lower structure 2 are sewn to cope with a wearer's body shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
