PURPOSE: To form a copy of superior image quality, by installing a developing electrode roller rotating in the reverse direction of movement of a photosensitive drum surface, by supporting the developing fluid to the opposite drum surface approaching the roller, and by thus surely supplying the fluid with a simple constitution.
