PURPOSE: To eliminate contamination of OFT by slightly rotating the photoreceptor drum provided in proximity to the OFT in the direction opposite from the exposure rotating direction immediate before starting to let the developer gathered on the back of the blade while not in rotation from the OFT and scraping off the developer with the blade.
