To provide a small and inexpensive wheel chair loading apparatus with a simple structure which enables easier loading of the folded wheel chair.
One end of a coil spring 1 is retained on a headrest stay H1 through a belt 2 and a handle body 4 is coupled to the other end of the coil spring 1 through a belt 3. Grip parts 43 and 44 of the handle body 4 are held to catch a hook part 412 of the handle body 4 on a secure tie belt 5 of a wheel chair 6 pulling the coil spring 1. When a hand rim 62 of the wheel chair 6 is pulled up by getting the coil spring 1 progressively elongated larger, the wheel chair 6 is turned to a horizontal attitude at which a main wheel 63 or the like contacts an open rim of a rear part loading chamber R. As a force of pulling the hand rim 62 is gradually slackened, the wheel chair 6 is inverted centering around the contact part of the main wheel 63 or the like and the open rim by a compression spring force of the coil spring 1 to be pulled up into the rear part loading chamber R.
