The wheel load control device 1 of the vehicle is equipped with masses 2A and 2B supported capable of moving in the vertical direction relative to the wheels HA and HB, moving means 3c to move the masses 2A and 2B upward and/or downward, and a controlling means 6 to control the moving means 3c, wherein the masses 2A and 2B are moved up and down forcedly by the moving means 3c. Thereby the wheel load is changed, and it is possible to generate a driving force required to perform running.
