CONSTITUTION: This device comprises a wheel storage hopper 21, a wheel carry conveyor 22 which is arranged to pierce the side wall 21B is close vicinity to and in parallel with one sidewall 21A within the hopper 21, a wheel push-up means 23, which pushes up the wheel 1 inside the hopper 21 and transfers it onto a conveyor 22, a scraper 24, which arranges the wheel 1 on the conveyor 22 only in one stage, and wheel selecting member 26, which passes only wheels with their obverses facing upward 1A being arranged above the conveyor 22 besides being on the inside of the opening 25 on the wheel carrying out side of the hopper 21. And the wheel selecting member 26 is provided with pass guide 45 for wheels with their obverse facing upward and an inclined guide 43A for returning the wheels with their reverses facing upward into the hopper 21.
