Also, a supporting frame 11 is connected to the elevating/lowering frame 10 and a guide bar 13 where load receiving parts 13a and 13b for mounting the large wheel 12a of a wheelchair 12 are oppositely provided on the left and right and a mounting plate 16 for mounting the small wheel 12b of the wheelchair 12 are attached to the supporting frame 11.
