Paired front/rear wheel stoppers 20, 25 are protruded to the right/left from a main unit part 10, and in an intermediate part, right/left sliders 31, 32 are provided. A wheelchair is guided so as to place the main unit part between right/left wheels. By pulling an operating lever connected to a cable 80 set up in a position easily operated by an occupant, the wheel stopper is turned by an inner cable 86 via a pulley A-C, and an end linear part thereof bent in crank shape rises up to come into contact with a wheel from before/ behind. The sliders 31, 32 are extended to right and left by a cable 89 connected to the right/left sliders 31, 32 wound around a pulley D, E, F and G, H from the pulley A, to be brought into contact the wheel from an inner side. In this way, movement of the wheelchair in a front/rear and right/left direction is fixed.
